Personal Information

The only personal information that we collect is the information specifically supplied by you through one of the forms on our Website. We do monitor visitors to our Website, mainly so that we can identify the areas that are of particular interest to visitors, and our Website does use "cookies". A cookie is a small data file which a website sends to your PC so that the website can remember who you are and the pages you have visited. A cookie does not provide your personal details back to a website. You do not have to accept cookies and disabling cookies will not stop your ability to use our Website. This monitoring allows us objectively to review and improve the Website and our services that we provide to all of our clients.

The information that we collect in this monitoring process will not identify you as an individual. You are entitled to view the information that we hold about you. An administration fee is payable and you will need to pay the administration fee before we supply you with the details. To obtain details of the administration fee and to view the information please contact us by sending an e-mail to enquiries@deltalegal.co.uk or in writing to us at the above address. Should any information held be incorrect we will use our best endeavours to correct it once you have supplied the correct information.

Using your Personal Information

Where personal information has been supplied, we will use this information solely to communicate with you, unless such information has been passed to us in connection with a job application when we may pass source that to a third party for a vetting criteria purpose. Subject to that we will not pass your information to any third party, although it is possible, albeit unlikely, that we might be forced to disclose personally identifiable information in response to a legal process or if we believe, in good faith, that the law requires it, such as in response to a court order, or such entitled agency’s legal request.

We appreciate that "spam" can be a real issue, but we would like to contact you from time to time to provide you with information which we think may be relevant and of interest to you and to ask you to take part in surveys on the services we provide, as we consider that keeping our clients abreast of developments, and seeking their opinion of us, as important to the continued success of Delta Legal.

You can request that we do not contact you further at any time by sending an e-mail to enquiries@deltalegal.co.uk or in writing to the address set out above. You are under no obligation to take up any requests submitted within our Website. Should you, however, respond to a survey, we will treat any information you provide with the standard of care as all other customer information we receive and hold.
